Most likely yes. Think of it as 10 lbs of Hamburger. Or two half gallons of ice cream. Keep in mind they are packed in multiple 6oz portions, it is much easier to find room this way.

To preserve the highest possible quality the best way is to slowly thaw your fillet over a 24-36 hour period on a bed of Ice. Make sure to allow for proper drainage--you don't want water pools around your fillet. This method will best preserve product flavor, aroma and texture.
If a quicker method is desired, you may also thaw by placing the fish in cold water (still in the vacuum sealed bags--very important!). Once thawed, keep chilled until ready to use.
