First let us say thank you for choosing our product. Your Alaskan wild salmon is caught by us, the owners, in the pristine Alaskan waters of the Cook Inlet. We hand select only the most beautiful, healthy pristine salmon to bring to market for our customers. The rest of our catch is sold to other processors. When we hand select the finest wild salmon, we look at the color, shine, shape, smell, and skin mark age--and they just have to be fresh and spunky! Wild salmon meeting these requirements are then carefully brought on board, immediately bled, and put on ice. As soon as the boat pulls up to the dock, your Pristine Salmon are flash frozen, sealing in that fresh Alaskan flavor.
We treat your pristine halibut with the same careful consideration we give your Pristine Salmon. When selecting our halibut, we aim for the 25 to 35 lb range. Most processors would laugh at these fish since there is more profit in the 60 lb and up range. However I believe the best texture and quality is found here. We are very proud of our product, and want it to stand out. Similar to our salmon our halibut must be fresh and spunky. It is immediately bled, cleaned and iced. We sell the majority to processors. Only the best of the best is set aside to bring to our customers!
Fresh frozen may sound a bit oxymoronic, however that’s exactly what It is it is a fresh caught product which is then quickly flash frozen. This preserves the maximum amount of freshness and taste. Keep in mind so called fresh seafood at your local grocery store may lay on a bed of ice in a thawed state for up to 14days (Yuck)!
Sockeye and Coho Salmon portions average 6-8 oz. Chinook portions average 10-16oz. Halibut portions also average 10-16oz.

No! Alaska has some of the most healthy sustainable runs on this earth. Alaska’s fisheries are very well managed, thanks to our outstanding biologist, and the co-operation of many sport and commercial fisherman, who cherish and respect Alaska’s pristine beauty.
We fish the upper cook inlet, in the Central Zone. Most all our salmon is caught about 8-12 miles off shore, and bound for the Kenai River. Most all our wild salmon is caught exactly where you see the words Cook Inlet in the Central Zone. We call this the area the middle rip. As there is a rip line than forms in the ocean here when the tide is moving.
