Why do you only ship in 5 pound increments?

We try to keep a fair balance between giving you exactly what you want, keeping our prices low, and shipping as quick as we can. First off, we can't ship less than a 5 pound box without charging the shipping we charge for a 5 pound box! Also because of shipping costs and box sizes, we can keep things most affordable with 5 pound increments. In the past, we have allowed more mixing and matching within our 5 pound increments, but we had a hard time keeping up in our busiest times. We can either hire people to help us pack our fish and raise prices, or we sell in multiples of 5 pounds.

What payment methods do you accept?

We use Paypal for all payments. You can use your credit card or bank account to pay with or without a Paypal account. We chose to use Paypal for our payments because we want you to pay us in the easiest and safest way possible. While we are honest fishermen, you don't know us from Adam! Instead of giving your payment information to a couple of fishermen in Alaska, you're giving your payment info to a "global leader in online payments." We never see your credit card numbers!

How is my product shipped and how should it arrive?

Step 1. We will review your order and you will receive a order confirmation.

Step 2. We will hand pack and ship your order, You will then receive a shipping confirmation with a Fed Ex tracking number.

Step 3. We will monitor your order. Once it has arrived you will receive a follow up e-mail. Fillets are shipped in a insulated shipping box, via fed ex overnight delivery. Your vacuum packed fillets should arrive in a semi-frozen state or chilled. Immediately place the fillets which are not for immediate consumption in the freezer and thaw as needed.
